At The Print Lab, every order is made especially for you. Because we operate as a print-on-demand store, your items are created, printed, and prepared only after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain quality, reduce waste, and ensure every piece is handled with care.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how our shipping process works.


Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it enters our production process.

Processing time: 2–5 business days
• During busy periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed

Since each item is custom printed, processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic orders: 3–7 business days after processing
• International orders: 7–14 business days after processing

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Your delivery location
• The weight of your order
• The selected shipping method

We occasionally offer promotional free shipping — keep an eye out for special offers.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.

If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated processing time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide.

Please note:
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
• These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority
• The Print Lab is not responsible for customs charges or delays caused by customs processing

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:
• Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details

If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  2. Contact the shipping carrier

Multiple Items & Separate Shipments

Since our products may be produced in different facilities, some items in your order may arrive separately. If this happens, don’t worry — the remaining items are on their way.
